SeenArc Signal · Evidence Audit

Your resume makes claims. Find out which ones you can defend.

The SeenArc Signal Audit reviews your resume and LinkedIn claim by claim against your actual record, reads your fit for one target role, and gives you an ordered list of what to fix first.

Intake takes about 20 minutes. Delivered within 5 business days of complete materials. $495, credited toward a full engagement.

Most career materials fail quietly.

A recruiter reads a claim they can't verify. A hiring manager asks a follow-up question the resume can't answer. The conversation ends politely, and you never learn why.

Rewriting the words doesn't fix this. Knowing which claims hold, which need evidence, and which need to go: that fixes it. In senior work, and especially in federal and cleared work, an unsupported claim isn't just weak. It's disqualifying.

The Signal Audit is the step almost everyone skips: before anyone rewrites anything, establish what your materials are allowed to say.

A written audit in five parts, plus a 20-minute readout call.

The audit is a diagnosis, not a rebuild. You leave with a clear account of what your materials can defend and what should happen next.

01

The Signal Read

What your materials currently say to a skeptical senior reader: the clearest signal, the main confusion, and the single highest-value change.

02

The Claims Table

Every significant claim in your resume and LinkedIn, checked against your record and marked Supported, Partially Supported, Unsupported, Unconfirmed, or Do Not Use.

03

The Fit Read

How your evidence lines up against one target role or lane, including seniority alignment and which gaps are documentation problems versus targeting decisions.

04

The Priority Fix List

The five to ten highest-leverage fixes, in order, separating evidence problems from writing problems and marking which you can do yourself.

05

A Recommended Path Forward

An honest recommendation on what to do next, whether or not it involves SeenArc. Sometimes the recommendation is that you do not need more SeenArc work.

What the audit looks like.

Sample rows below are composite examples, not a real client. Every row is a promise your materials make.

Claim as written Status Action
"Managed $30M program budget" Unsupported
Nothing in the record carries the figure.
Remove, or source it with one question to your former PMO.
"Led migration to cloud ERP" Partially supported
The record shows a workstream lead role.
Soften to "led the data workstream of." Stronger, because you can defend it.
"Directed 12-person cross-functional team" Supported
Corroborated in two sources.
Keep, and move it to the top third of page one.

"Unsupported" doesn't mean untrue. It means your record, as documented, doesn't carry it yet. Those claims either come out or become questions, so you're never defending an unsourced claim in an interview.

Built for people whose next interviewer will say "tell me more about that."

Senior individual contributors, managers, directors, and federal, GovCon, and cleared-adjacent specialists with a specific role or market in front of them.

Senior professionals

If you have eight or more years of real work behind you, the audit is built to make that record sharper and more defensible.

Federal and GovCon candidates

Clearance, citizenship, and eligibility facts are never assumed or inferred; unconfirmed facts stay out of your materials.

Not a keyword-stuffing pass

This is not for early-career resumes, mass-application strategies, or adding words that your record cannot support.

$495

Flat price · 5 business days from complete materials

If you continue to a full engagement within 30 days, the $495 credits entirely: the audit becomes the first phase of the larger work rather than an added cost.

If you don't continue, the audit stands on its own. It is a finished diagnosis with an ordered action plan, not a teaser, and no follow-up sales sequence is coming either way.

If we determine we can't run your audit properly (target too vague after one clarifying question, insufficient materials, wrong fit), you get every dollar back. Once delivered, the fee isn't refundable, but it credits toward an engagement within 30 days.

Human judgment, assisted by analysis.

Every audit is performed and signed by Elle, SeenArc's founder. Analytical tooling assists with screening and fit scoring; every judgment that reaches you is human.

That matters because a model can polish a claim that should not survive at all. The Signal Audit works in the opposite direction: it makes your materials more defensible, not merely more impressive-sounding.

Plain answers before you buy.

Is this AI-generated?

No. We use analytical tooling for screening and fit scoring; the claim adjudication, fit interpretation, and written audit come from a senior human who signs the work.

Why wouldn't I just ask ChatGPT or Claude to critique my resume?

Try it; it's a reasonable first step. A chatbot can critique prose. It can't audit your record, ask you for sources, or tell you which specific lines you'd fail to defend in an interview.

A resume service would rewrite everything for about the same price. Why pay for a diagnosis?

Because a rewrite gives you new words on the same unverified claims. If a claim can't survive a follow-up question, no phrasing fixes it.

What do you need from me?

Your current resume, your LinkedIn profile, one target job posting or a description of your target role, and about 20 minutes of intake questions.

What if I don't have a specific job posting?

A target lane works: "senior product roles at federal health IT contractors" is enough. If the target is too vague to audit against, we'll say so before starting.

Will this get me interviews?

No one can promise that, and we won't. What we promise is narrower and checkable: every finding in your audit traces to your actual record.

A note for candidates in higher-scrutiny markets.

If you apply through USAJOBS, resumes are capped at two pages (the system rejects longer ones), and most public competitive-service announcements at GS-05 and above now include four short essay questions. The essays aren't scored; treat them as a cover letter with a word limit.

If you're on the contractor side of GovCon, those USAJOBS rules don't apply to your applications; your resume goes through each employer's own system. The pressure there is different but no gentler: cleared work punishes unsupported claims harder than any other market.

Where your materials go.

Your documents are stored in a private, per-client workspace and used for one purpose: producing your audit. Where analytical tooling processes your text, it runs under access-controlled professional accounts, never free or public tools, and your materials are never posted, shared, sold, or published.

We delete raw uploads on request after the engagement. Nothing about you appears in our marketing or examples without your written consent; published examples are composites with identifying details removed. If you hold a clearance and want specifics on handling before you buy, ask: we'd rather answer than have you wonder.

The Signal Audit is a professional diagnosis, not a placement service.

We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or salary outcomes. What you get is a precise, written account of what your record supports, and what to do about it, in order.
